i'm just thankful the dog is looking one way, while the cat is looking the other way...cuz those little boy's faces are awfully close to animal claws and teeth.
okay, so he is smoking a cigarette, but clearly this is for show. dog show, that is.
one of my favorite photos of all time. how often do you see a man with a bow & arrow set, smoking a cigarette, petting an awesome dog?
the answer: not very often.
I own the life of this man and both his wives, in photographs and papers, and so I can say for a fact: This man loved his dog.
