Saturday

Two brothers meeting for the first time in ten years.  On the back is a written postcard to T.E. O'Neil, Fort Jones, Cal
He went on to write 'how are the boys.' and 'has the building fall down yet.' Neither with questions marks.  Sort of like todays' texting.

Friday

my friend and i once wanted to put together a photography book that I thought should be titled "always one looking".  it seemed, to us, inevitable that whatever the situation, a group shot, there was always one looking straight at the camera. see if you notice that.

A Very Merry Birthday

Wednesday

One of my first collected and one of my favorites.  I only recently noticed that it appears the two girls on the end of the table, who I also believe to be the birthday girls of honor, are twins.

I love the blur,
the balloons swinging
and the wacky line up of each of their little birthday hats.
